Our One-Source managed services contract provides you with the highest level of technical professional services to manage your entire computing environment for a fixed fee. The One Source Service consists of four main components:
1. Initial assessment and re-configurations 2. Preventative maintenance, updates 3. Guaranteed response time 4. Periodic reporting and recommendations
Initial Assessment The Initial Assessment phase of the One Source Service consists of our team performing an overall system audit of your desktops, printers, servers, network, and the layout of your facility. Our team locates, logs and reports all your software licenses and/or certifications. The One Source team will establish backup and anti-virus software control processes, create industry standard configurations and (when appropriate) install remote monitoring/access software.
Preventative Maintenance Scheduled maintenance is part of your One Source Service agreement with Vitil . It includes periodic audits of your virus software, backups, security, licensing status and power. The scheduled maintenance also includes periodic checks for updates and patches to your operating systems and key applications.
Daily Operations Dispatched services are available from 8 am to 5 pm M-F (excluding holidays) to respond to your service needs. At the time of your call for help, our dispatcher will establish the estimated time of arrival of our technician to assist you. Response to your "event" will include a combination of methods such as telephone consultation, secure remote access to your system, on-site service calls to your location or repairs at our repair center facility.
Periodic Reporting and Recommendations As a result of the on-going work we do with your company, we will periodically suggest various hardware, software or procedural enhancements that can provide higher service levels for your systems. Note: Our Sales and Technical Services Management are also available for consulting engagements regarding system upgrades, expansions, conversions, and project level system enhancements.
